How do you get the Carfax report?

Ordering the Carfax report is easy and straightforward via our online portal. After entering the vehicle identification number (VIN), you will receive your personalized report within a very short time. Our team of experts is always available to answer your questions and provide support if you need it.

  1. Purchase of the Report
    First, select the desired vehicle report and complete the purchase. Once you have acquired the report, you can redeem it in our report portal.
  2. Redeeming the Report
    After purchase, you will gain access to your report in the customer area of our portal. Here, you can redeem the purchased report and enter the vehicle details for inspection.
  3. Entering Vehicle Details
    In the report portal, you provide all relevant vehicle information. This data is necessary for us to organize a smooth and accurate vehicle inspection.
  4. Inspection Appointment and Execution
    Once all information has been entered, we will contact you or the vehicle’s seller to schedule an inspection appointment. Our assessors will inspect the vehicle on the agreed date and then prepare the complete report.
  5. Receiving the Report
    As soon as the inspection is completed, you will receive the final report digitally in your customer area or via email.
