After you have called us, we will arrange an inspection appointment with you as soon as possible, during which your vehicle will be inspected, and an evidence report including meaningful pictures will be prepared. You will need this in order to be able to assert your claims against the insurance company.

Regardless of whether you have suffered an accident in Spain or another European country that we cover. We will also inspect the accident vehicle there and prepare the necessary damage report for you to preserve evidence so that you can assert your claims against the insurance company of the other party in the accident.

After completion, the used car report will be sent to you and the regulating insurance company or the appointed lawyer by e-mail with photo documentation. A distinction is made between liability damage and comprehensive damage appraisals. We will discuss the results and the next steps in a personal meeting in order to achieve the fastest possible settlement for you.
